Creative announces X-Fi Titanium soundcards
Creative has introduced two new soundcards. The cards are added to the earlier announced Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium series. The cards, name Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional and X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion, are aimed at PC gamers and use PCI-E x1 slots.

The X-Fi Titanium offers several additional features, under which a Dolby Digital encoder, 24-bits audio quality and X-Fi's Crystalizer. The card uses the X-Fi CMSS-3D technology which creates virtual surround sound, X-RAM memory and THX-certified surround sound support. The Champion model comes with an internal I/O drive that can be placed in a 3,5 or 5.25 inch bay. It is expected that the X-Fi Titanium Sound Blasters will be released in the summer.
